Pancake recipe

In case you are interested in yesterday's pancake recipe, this is the transcription:
"Take a quart of fine flour, a pint of sack, half a pint of ale, six or eight spoonfuls of fair water, eight yolks of eggs and their whites, a little nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Blend all those together and strain them. They will make excellent pancakes".
